Being an employee you'll get everything you'd ask for. A good work life balance, handsome package (though it depends on your last salary), nice work location with hefty of employee benefits including personal and family insurance. Overall this organisation takes care of its employees in a decent manner. P.S - There are few flaws but can be dealt easily.

The task allocation should be equal and associate should push to learn new things so that everyone can be involved equally.
