1. Teammates - Colleagues are good. 2. Learning - Company is very good for self development as it provides various trainings on monthly basis. You can enroll yourself with consent of your leaders. 3. Job Security - Highly satisfied but at the same time no personal growth if you get stuck in comfort zone. Salary - Compensation is very less especially for freshers, Also, yearly increment is very less. I would suggest not to join if salary is primary factor other than work life balance and brand name. Politics - You will get it in every company/place. Some processes are highly corrupted. However, some are genuinely good to showcase your skills and get appreciated on your initiatives and skills. Work Environment - Very matured, Work Life Balance - is too good. Very good for females who want to spend years in this company without expecting much. Very flexible

...e was good but now India Mumbai site leadership gang just exploiting employee...for their bonus and promotion..they are paying less to employees and keeping all the money in their pockets

Office politics. you can't grow if you are not part of gang ...old employee are forced to leave the company as now they are good for nothing for leadership team.....all the leaders got promotion because of old employees hard work but now they forgot everything and they are making their life miserable

... 8 lacks. Insurance for parents/aws. Sodexo food card with 1300 monthly balance. Yearly bonus. Cab facility if you are not availing it can be get transport allowance upto 1800 monthly.

Favoritism is there in internal leadership. Promotion cycle are long if you are an average performer.

Indirectly pressure the employees to extend without any extra pay No night allowance Cafeteria is quite expensive for the allowance we are provided- 1300 per month Overcrowded workspaces No trips No outings
