Being an employee you'll get everything you'd ask for. A good work life balance, handsome package (though it depends on your last salary), nice work location with hefty of employee benefits including personal and family insurance. Overall this organisation takes care of its employees in a decent manner. P.S - There are few flaws but can be dealt easily.

Dislikes

The management plays a very vital role in terms of employees growth. Few are over burdened at the other hand few are on relaxing mode. The task allocation should be equal and associate should push to learn new things so that everyone can be involved equally. Secondly, associates who contributes in major tasks, should be recognized with better hike compared to others who are still in comfort zone.

Work life balance is super duper great, job security is like govt.job,management is very supportive and company policies are employee friendly.

Dislikes

Yearly bonus is very less as compared to other companies of same industry. No gifts on diwali, no monetary reward

Salary× Promotion /ratings× Hike doesn't even cover the inflation rates Some processes are good but mine was the worst Won't hire people even if we have loads of volumes for atleast 11 months a year. Indirectly pressure the employees to extend without any extra pay No night allowance Cafeteria is quite expensive for the allowance we are provided- 1300 per month Overcrowded workspaces No trips No outings

Organization is beautifully structured ,salary wise and other benefits are very good

Management is damn worst and they literally torcher without listening the issues from employees ,for new entry mid level seniors it's very very tough to survive...lots of politics and tech stack wise is very old we work

Work life balance Working Environment Management Perks and Benefits If you want to enjoy life with job then go for it . It’s like government job. Once you worked here you will not like working anywhere else.

Appraisal and Salary. If you’re going here have mindset that they initially they don’t pay that much but with time you will experience growth if your performance is good
