Skill development is where it is lagging, Internal job movement to find projects in area of interested technology is very tough.

Work Culture is good, Management is supportive & open to ideas. You can have healthy work life balance but mostly depends on you RM & one over manager/process, overall there are lot of fair opportunities in organisation to progress

Dislikes

Salary increments are very less, specially for long term employees their is no normalisation concept

Bank supports with free medical helpline that's very useful during pandemic situation. Work from home during pandemic is good.

Dislikes

Bonus is given to highly salaried people. Lot of politics and no career growth. Management is not transperant specially for internal hiring.

Dislikes

Total dependency on LOB for everything - their word is the law with no scope of discussion. Lousy increments and extremely delayed/ conditional promotions. Location-based bias by the management.
