... quick promotion as compared to male. So not a good comp for male employees. Other banks give good salary to employees as compared to BOA.

Apart from salary i do not see much benefits.

Transport is average. Management is messy Management is too much into micro management. With the current team in i am in, pathetic managers and toxic behaviour. Too much of unnecessary opinions given on personal decisions just to take a leave for personal reasons. Too much of favouritism Rude management

Management is too messy and not so supportive Biased environment Growth looks limited in terms of experience and knowledge. Management is not so good to work with Not allowed to work from home on any urgent issues and would be asked to work an extra day if taken wfh on a work from office Work management isn't good

...omotion even if you are eligible because policy of promotion is almost stagnant. They blame on upper management but the same is compensated in salary. - No new technology learning curve

Pay is decent, managers listens work related issues, lot of trainings, quality of work is not bad

Dislikes

No growth, increment is less, no discussion on salary, lot of redundancies (senior management does not even move a sheet) and leave policy is terrible (at least in my team)
