Great place to work. By Cultural very very rich company, here employees are king. Compliance with law is % percentage. No work pressure. Full care to women employees. Over all great place to work if you're joing TL/AM not to starting level.

Salary is strictly average.. its heavily dependent on your manager.. career progress can be very slow if you are not part of a good project/team.. there is a general lack of vision.. the us treat India team as just another vendor.. there is no much partner ship and there is no willingness to implement as well
