Not much to say here other than slow work.

Dislikes

Worst company to work with. They follow a process of firing at least 10% of the workforce every 6 months. Also they fire employees within a day which feels humiliating and demeaning. In India company is run by couple of inexperienced people from Ahmedabad office, who joined the company at early stage.

Parties. They just focus on parties and activities

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. Odd shifts. Biasness when comes to appraisals and promotions. If you have a connection, growth wil be there otherwise just a nobody with no hike. No learning.

It was pleasure working with such an amazing organization where you can have emple of learning opportunities and the Organization take care of their employee to the core. Though for me it was a very small tenure but would love to work for such organization in future.
