Even though our work exposure is really good, but the pay scale is really low. And professional equality is bit low

Very good place ,good work culture and lot of scope for learning...very few hospitals which works for betterment of patient and patient satisfaction than money making.

Pay scale needs revision..the salary wasn't sufficient for current bangalore scenario.
