Colleagues are good , Friendly environment, free food, free transport

Dislikes

No trainings are provided , No career growth opportunity ,Too much work pressure , Salary is very less, No increment according to work ,No travel, no learning , no parties or annual function, no enjoyment during work, No quality food , no proper time of shift end ,strict to entry time , should not talk while working, Worst Management, One side decision taking by HR head & plant Head , no employee benefit ,no encouragement or appreciation , no extra benefit, more partiality for staffs , no benefit for women employees, Provided camera in each and every corner in company even provided near desk , no privacy for women employees ,Most of facilities provided to Japanese persons ,no proper fan /ac provided near work areas, No quick response from HR side for any query ,There are many many things to tell .

Seniors are good but work environment is not focused towards developing skills , lazy workmanship among departments, company policies are average , salary is always on time thats the biggest pro in my opinion

Appointed as IT engineer to do data entry job. No professional looking environment. Team leads doesn't speak English. Only Hindi. Their is no platform to improve your talent.

The company is good with the very co-operative staff. There is no such work pressure as people assume in a Japanese company. Every department has a Japanese head, and they are very good with all the staff & also very supportive. A person can learn many things if he/she is interested to learn. Overall Experience is good. Good food facility .

Dislikes

Compensation is good, but the growth very slow & completely depends upon management, if HOD suggests also it does not work. No cultural activity and appreciation or awards. No outing or get-together. The engineer level has to work for 2 shifts (Overtime) which is not good. No additional benifit for ladies . No Saturday off and also less Leave .

➢ Documentation of production like, WHY-WHY analysis, Root cause analysis, by FTA analysis. ➢ Rejection & breakdown analysis. ➢ New Development and Kaizen Activity, Poka yoke, implement on shop floor. ➢ Increase Productivity. ➢ Monthly and Daily Production Planning ➢ Daily allocation of mould as per machine production plan. ➢ Give the basic training to manpower. ➢ Inventory management. ➢ Quality Circle. ➢ Presentation and Preparation of MRM. ➢ Monitoring of O.E.E and improvement plan to increase O.E.E ➢ Involvement in TPM
