Pressure tactics are excessively applied, despite the absence of actual products to support such demands. Aggressive behaviors such as shouting, intimidation, and pushing employees to resign only deteriorate the work culture, harming business growth. Both middle management and HR exhibit poor judgment; they must overcome these biases and carry out their responsibilities with integrity and resilience.

Organization is digitally sound and all modern tools being implemented. IT, HR, Training Team is Good.

Dislikes

Sales Leadership (specially L3 manger) is not at all fit for the position. No geographic knowledge and aware about location region specific challenges. Not approve expense claims, not work in motivational factors at all. Only know to drive with demanding and order mode.
