Ok work culture, learning in it team is descent, work scope is nice. One main benefit i got is salary hike and post growth.. 13 years in job, now i got sm and ok salary at bandhan..my previous organization's had killed that all due to groupism.

Dislikes

Too much team politics, groupism, school like treatment for employees. No open mindedness in team, rational thinkers are less. Guess this is plight at all organization

Only good thing is salary is coming in time.

If you are in General Banking then it's good, but if you are in Micro banking then the working hours will be morning 7 to 11 pm . Uneducated persons are in higher position with worst management. 90% employees are from WestBengal , the higher authorities always compare non-bengali staffs with Bengali staffs.. They show to RBI that they provide all kinds of banking facilities but the reality is they are still doing Microfinance work, there is no facility of debit card, cheque, FD,RD, Male Account holders etc.

...l meetings so bad And collection problems is common that's not considered in my job role but managers does not help Salary structure too bad in my time 2023 incentive time hole hardwork wasted Those servers also very slow for day end same as SBI server s Finnally I recommended you that don't go for work there there is no work life balance only work there I didn't recommend this bank for working

... more. It’s just like a govt job you don’t have to worry about the job security. About the salary part it came on time at the end of the month.

Working environment not that much good. Employees here are not that much qualified.

...2. Extreme Politics observed in every department like a Bangali Babu company. 3. Bonus and other parameters is not good. 4. Only 5 rating over 3 years is not enough to get promotion you must need to pass their internal exam to getting promotion. 6. All extremes pressures is visible only on Sales department.
