The only thing to like about Bandhan is that it is bank you get 2 weekoffs every alternate Saturdays and salary is also nic

Every thing in Bahrain to dislike, no infrastructure, no timings you can work for 15 hours in a day, staff shortage, terrible office

It is company with slow work processes. So work life balance is at highest level. They provide competitive salary. And no one asks about business during first 4-5 months

Due to lack of work, one will not able to develop ourselves..

...t there is an issue which is supervisor behaviour not about all selected person. Salary and other facilities like employee HI LI And othe gratuity all good 👍

Overall all experience is very bad supervisor and upper supervisors behaviour very bad it's not a bad very very bad and come to the HR role it's very very very bad it's easy to release a new post earlier job security is very bad HR not helpful for employees

Only good thing is salary is coming in time.

If you are in General Banking then it's good, but if you are in Micro banking then the working hours will be morning 7 to 11 pm . Uneducated persons are in higher position with worst management. 90% employees are from WestBengal , the higher authorities always compare non-bengali staffs with Bengali staffs.. They show to RBI that they provide all kinds of banking facilities but the reality is they are still doing Microfinance work, there is no facility of debit card, cheque, FD,RD, Male Account holders etc.

Working Environment is very good in the organisation each and every staff are very supportive. tilll now my experience in Bandhan Bank is fullfill from learnings and tells How we have to be survive in Corporate sector?
