More salary to all senior person even if they don't do work as all works are completed by low level management employees. Perks to senior only even all works has been done on time by all team members. Worst place for career growth.

Worst work culture with very little chance of growth especially for juniors. Salary hike is almost negligible and they treat employees like field officers. Educational qualification is not even considered as quality margin.

All bangali staff are making distribution in working, not changes in management,not motivate staff also they demotivated staff,delay working in micro banking office opening & closing time not defined.late night working,not understand ongoing situation created pressure,lake of smart work also if any doing management digrate him.
