Management are great, Teammates are supportive, company policies are ok , job security are excellent,Salary hike and bonus every year।

... more. It’s just like a govt job you don’t have to worry about the job security. About the salary part it came on time at the end of the month.

...2. Extreme Politics observed in every department like a Bangali Babu company. 3. Bonus and other parameters is not good. 4. Only 5 rating over 3 years is not enough to get promotion you must need to pass their internal exam to getting promotion. 6. All extremes pressures is visible only on Sales department.
