Products- You can not compete with Bandhan’s product with other banks except FDs 7. Attendance- Sign in & Sign out is compulsory, even if you’re at a customer call at 7 PM , you have to come back to office to sign out from the system. This may vary from branch to branch. There are a lot more than these , just nobody should join bandhan bank, at least those people who actually wants to work at a bank.

...lly, the workload is overwhelming, especially when compared to the compensation. The amount of work expected from each employee far exceeds what is reasonable given the salary offered. Furthermore, the scheduling of unnecessary meetings at inappropriate times adds to the frustration. Meetings scheduled at 9 PM are not only inconvenient but also disrespectful to employees' personal time. When are we supposed to eat, rest, or even have a moment to ourselves? It is disheartening to note that higher management is aware of these issues but has yet to take them seriously. This disregard for employee well-being has led many of my colleagues to resign, and I ultimately made the same decision. I have never experienced such a difficult time in my professional life. While I understand the importance of hard work, this level of expectation is beyond reasonable. I am writing this note not just as an ex-employee, but out of concern for my brothers and sisters who continue to work under these conditions..

Worst bank to work with. April bonus is due more than 3 months now but seems no sign of bonus payment yet. Even if someone gets 30% hike i recommend not join Bhandhan bank. Employee turnover is very high and the culture is very bad

Toxic work culture some other institution managers came and destroyed the work life balance to junior employees. Time of office is 9:00am to 6:00pm but they release you after 8:00pm.

I like the culture of the company and the salary they provide is average in the industry in the same role. I always say company is good but the skip level management is pathetic and selfish they work for their own where lots of politics is involved. This culture is ruining the ability of a good employee who is really working hard for the company. This is a big issue and should be fixed from upper level management.

The role which was given to me is a Branch Sales Manager whose work is to manage the sales team and make them achieve the Targets of the sales force on month on month basis. But here is totally a different story. Here BSM is in individual role. There is a sales team but the targets assigned to them is not being counted in BSM targets. Here in simple words BSM is working as a RM in bandhan Bank. There is nothing for the sales in bandhan Bank. Junior level employee not even get any travel allowance neither they get confirmation before 15 months in the organisation. Really bank need to work in their sales force as we know sales is the pillar of any organisation. This is a genuine and my personal feedback to the employee who are thinking of joining bandhan Bank. Thanks
