Bandhan bank is very good to start a carrier in the banking sector and as it is grooving tremendously. It is a nice place to learn about banking, As a startup bank, lot of processes are gating built which is a great learning ground for freshers.

Working time morning 7.30 am is it ok ,but still evening 11.00pm is not good every day salary very low compared to other company 12k ,including petrol price also not good 1300 only per month, my house is located salem town,traveled to kakapalayam around Totally distance 24 up to down around per day 48 km ..only petrol aliveness 1300/- only ,Nirmal Roy ID.NO (195723)manager EVERY DAY GIVEN PRESSER..all staff very sadness ,every day late going to home all staff ..that is matter pls change manager including time also pls ..now it self i am rescined

Work culture here is very low. Employees are not given proper care. Salary is pretty low and increment is not at all good

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is low and career growth is slow.

...ionals of a bank should be qualified enough to carry the dignity of the same. 5. Salary- The amount of baggage you will be carrying is nothing compared to your salary. 6. Products- You can not compete with Bandhan’s product with other banks except FDs 7. Attendance- Sign in & Sign out is compulsory, even if you’re at a customer call at 7 PM , you have to come back to office to sign out from the system. This may vary from branch to branch. There are a lot more than these , just nobody should join bandhan bank, at least those people who actually wants to work at a bank.

...here, very good culture nd discipline, specialy for women sequrity is wonderful. Salary and Holiday,also leave balance so good .its a best work experience .
