The only thing to like about Bandhan is that it is bank you get 2 weekoffs every alternate Saturdays and salary is also nic

Every thing in Bahrain to dislike, no infrastructure, no timings you can work for 15 hours in a day, staff shortage, terrible office

Working over time till night 10 pm also working 13 to 14 hours per day Some times working holidays also Superiors orders to stay field whole day for collect Overdues You can't spent time with your family night time also. Night meetings and you will get calls from your superior. There is nothing what recruiter tell at the time of selection process. So much manual work with files and registers. and don't expect culture. Per day 110 to 160 km travel in field.

If you are in General Banking then it's good, but if you are in Micro banking then the working hours will be morning 7 to 11 pm . Uneducated persons are in higher position with worst management. 90% employees are from WestBengal , the higher authorities always compare non-bengali staffs with Bengali staffs.. They show to RBI that they provide all kinds of banking facilities but the reality is they are still doing Microfinance work, there is no facility of debit card, cheque, FD,RD, Male Account holders etc.

...ionals of a bank should be qualified enough to carry the dignity of the same. 5. Salary- The amount of baggage you will be carrying is nothing compared to your salary. 6. Products- You can not compete with Bandhan’s product with other banks except FDs 7. Attendance- Sign in & Sign out is compulsory, even if you’re at a customer call at 7 PM , you have to come back to office to sign out from the system. This may vary from branch to branch. There are a lot more than these , just nobody should join bandhan bank, at least those people who actually wants to work at a bank.
