Working environment not that much good. Employees here are not that much qualified.

Holidays and leaves are sufficient but approval depends solely on the supervisor. Also, resignation is solely dependent on supervisor and hence creates a lot of harrassment during the notice period. And very long notice period of 90 days.

...ors for each and everything. No support guidance or knowledge shared by seniors. Salary is very poor except for departmental seniors. HR team is very poor. HR does not know any company policy and will never solve any queries of employees. Overall, no proper system & process followed and hence is penalized frequently by RBI. Would never recommend anyone to join the bank.

Growth is less. They are sawing you future that after promotion you will get this amount of salary, after pms you will get that amount of salary. But actually growth is less , present salary is very less. 3 year having experience ...In hand salary is 16500. After this year increment in June 30 . My in hand will be 18200

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
