I have gained experience since i joined the company.Have enjoyed working with or through the team members due to their tight cooperation and will of acquiring skills from their leaders with intent to utilize and expose it to other members both internal or externally. Actually this is the company that has supported me to acquire knowledge and experience in Electrical supervision works, of now,bearing the "Operating Regulations for High Voltage Systems",ORHVS- Installations Permit from "UMEME" one of the leading power distribution company in the nation.Again due to further experience obtained in the power line construction sector, i was able to win the " Electricity Regulatory Authority," ERA Installations permit class B. ERA is a government agency that regulates,licenses, and supervises the electricity industry, rates, sales, export and import of electricity energy in Uganda. With all this experience up to my current standing as materials manager and Quality Controller, this triggers my minds most as far as working with BAMZEE is concerned.

Dislikes

Nothing much i would react against BAMZEE, because one of my hobbies is, i like working in a competitive environment because it's from the challenges that one gets to know, understand and control the situation for his/her success. My motive now is to find new challenges, taking new responsibilities and seeking new experience because my dream in ten years from now, to see myself a successful man, with a developed and wonderful bond with any employer,that is all.
