Bam International was an excellent organization which ever I worked. Now I have been terminated because of winding up the operation from Middle East, but I am very thankful to the company,

sometimes work-life balance. work pressure is very high especially site construction staff. In Middle East mismanagement, too much corruption in site procurement and there is not enough auditing.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love fact that I was a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. On site travel was completely dependents on your project and client's location. Another plus point is that my colleagues came from various cultural backgrounds, and we worked happily collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.
