...ironment and culture getting worse, politics peeking his head out at every Dept. Not recommending to join this company, Company policies are worse, appraisal not fair and they gave only 500/- Rs Salary hike before Covid19 pandemic and company not willing to keep old employees whose salary is in mid or big range, they are transferring you to remote location plant or started harassing you by politics,

There is lot of politics a d the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Appraisal policy is not fair, your hard work gives only Rs. 500/- salary hike.

My tenaur with Blvl was more than 9 years and people are working more than 20 years also. 100 % secure job with pathetic work culture and poor management. When management is poor you can not expect good policies. People with no objective and no ambition can join this company and retire peacefully
