I SUGGEST THAT MARKETING DEPT FOR LOGISTIC SECTOR SHOULD BE STRONG WITH THE ADEQUATE KNOWLEDGE OF BUSINESS ACTIVITIES

THIS COMPANY HAS WELL MANAGEMENT AND NO POLITICAL ENVIRONMENT. BUT CLERICAL SALARY IS VERY POOR WITH OTHER OIL SECTOR COMPANY.

Posting given in remote location with lesser salary, HRA is only 9 % of basic, HR policy not clear, showing leave encashment as part of CTC to show CTC is more than expectation, however in-hand will be 55 to 60 percent of basic

Balmer Lawrie is an excellent Company to start with. However there some constraint in carrier development and compensation as you grow older in the company.
