All over... Colleagues are too good... Friendly... But others side experience is too bad...

Management are too bad... As an jr. Accounts executive I says all the job finder please try to avoid joining in ballavpur paper... Because the main prob is here actual duty hours is 9:30 to 6 pm.. But you never left at 6 pm.. It's not only one days... Everydays same things happen... If you get a leave from management most of the times they denied for leaves.. If you get a job security... I want to share my personal experience.. Never join this company.. Because... In any times... Management can says.. You.. Please left this company...Comapany rules and regulations are too bad....
