...mployees who gave bad reviews for the company. I worked here for almost 2 years. I joing at 12k/month after 16 months my salary was 36k . so you can guess about the growth. Management is very helpful they discuss everything with me company growth and downfall as well. But There were few employees who were never took responsibility to complete their work properly. They were very careless about the work. Company warned them several time then company took that strict action because I know company was not making good revenue and these employees were not taking that seriously. They never deducted my salary for leaves, sometimes I was taking around5-6 leaves in a month. There is no system for timing, company do not take care of 15-30mins late. If you are performer company will give you unlimited incentives. I will not disclose the name of these guys who gave bad reviews.
