Skill development - Good

Dislikes

The way they behave with their employees, unnecessary talks and claims to them. Deducting salary just for taking 1 leave atleast. They do not release full & final of the employees at the moment of their exit for atleast within a month after exit. I have left and it is being 3 months and I have not been paid my dues not even salary. Not answering me with any valid reason for not releasing. Very poor environment and bad company to work and join. No job security as well. They are just hiring and firing all times.

There is nothing to like about the company. Work culture is pathetic. No etiquette no policy no management. Suggestion - never join this Lala company.

Dislikes
