Freedom of work. Not much pressure from principals. Wide range of Audit works including Bank audits. Availability of good audit managers to clear the doubts.

Dislikes

Stipend is low compared to other Audit firms. Not suitable for people who are looking for specialisation in any particular feild.

It was a platform for understanding the corporate environment and enhancing my skills in financial reporting, analysis and management. Even though I worked as articled assistant as per the regulations made by ICAI for completion of my professional course, it was a golden opportunity to shape out my finance skills... Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
