Likes

Freedom of work. Not much pressure from principals. Wide range of Audit works including Bank audits. Availability of good audit managers to clear the doubts.

Dislikes

Stipend is low compared to other Audit firms. Not suitable for people who are looking for specialisation in any particular feild.

It was a platform for understanding the corporate environment and enhancing my skills in financial reporting, analysis and management. Even though I worked as articled assistant as per the regulations made by ICAI for completion of my professional course, it was a golden opportunity to shape out my finance skills... Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
