People working in this organisation Below ekta Kapoor plays hell lot of politics and only own contact people get good payment and no job security,people get changed easily Their hard work is not even complimented. I wish ekta Kapoor come to know politics played below her

Well, Balaji Telefilms itself is really reputed and well organised work place. The company itself is so good and the salary payment is disciplined & on time. Apart from these the people that work for this organisation are sort of worst behaviour persona and they donot support any other person from outside. Mostly they criticize or take you for granted. Everyone abuses the other and they never let you grow or come up with any of creativity. They jealous how someone else is growing and insecured about if they lose their position in regard of these. Over all the company and it's authenticity held me upto one year but because of the worst scenario among people there made me leave the organisation really early.
