Nil chances of financial growth & promotion of educated professional staff in Hospital department. They provide 4-5 person per room staff quarters even doctors. Only underqualified professional will settle for this.

As Hostel warden some time in Hostel issue and I forget my punch.. I preasnt at my job 24 hours...H. r shows absent.. Thats wrong..

Bakson Homoeopathic Medicial College in Greater Noida is an Apex Private Hom. College in India. Dr Bakshi is the heart of BHMC. It is actually genesis of a perfection of Dr SPS Bakshi. I have learned a lot working at Bakson. It is a very nice work place for Homoeopathic Doctors. I also want to end up a mith in homoeopathic faternity that Bakson Hom. College teaches only patent practice to students, it is absolutly wrong. Bakson college had a very dedicated faculty of Homoeopathy. They teaches a wonderful hahnemannian concept to students and make them mature to handle and accept the newer remedies use... I have started my teaching career from Bakson now I feel how much it helped me to learn in my career Skill development to reach NIH.

Just that why Bakson had not open other chain of colleges across India.
