More freedom & financial growth for illiterate & Lazy employees with satisfaction of less salary. Good growth in College department.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Nil chances of financial growth & promotion of educated professional staff in Hospital department. They provide 4-5 person per room staff quarters even doctors. Only underqualified professional will settle for this.
