Till date, nothing specific except reduction in compensation benefits. That point is still better than competitors in my opinion. Mainly the support of base team to field team is awesome in difficult conditions.

The company does not pay the Bonus(variable pay component) if an employee is serving their notice period, though the employee have contributed for the entire financial year and the company's results are publicly available. It is also very difficult to get a band change or promotion, as the company frequently in every 2-3years perform band/layer restructuring.
