New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

...s and unreasonable rude, they don’t know how to behave in an official style. The salary is low and they treat employees as a slave. No organisation, everything is bad. They blame that new people. They don’t teach new people. The directors wife comes to work and check who is doing what. No ethics in this company. Sachin bajla most egotistical egocentric selfish rude person. He behave that god and karma doesn’t exist. He behave that he will be always rich and healthy.

Very very bad company. If you want to kill yourself and destroy your life, please join. All good reviews written by current employees. They did not have any options because they check and ask to send good review. They fire new people without any reason. He will not give their salary. I want to text that if you read this Sachin no one is happy to see your face. It’s not something what you can be proud of. Life is Karma. Read all this bad reviews and think about your life.

Need to mail for salary for every month and it's delayed for 2 to 3 month. Any time you can terminate for silly reasons. Worst accomodation and food facility. Worst medical facility. Company will not provide visa after confirmation in Africa. Do not belive on HR dept commitments.

Have worked here for 5 years. Hods are good. Management is supportive. We celebrate all the festivals together and enjoy working We also get additional bonus and incentives on performance. Leave are given on time.

...tics and no response from management for your queries to welfare of employees. Main part after joining the salary will be on hold for 2 months and from 3rd month salary will be credited but also delayed. Don't believe HR words. They can't resolve any of your problems after joining.
