The most terrible company what I have ever met. They force employees to write good reviews and check who wrote which review. Both directors are tactless and unreasonable rude, they don’t know how to behave in an official style. The salary is low and they treat employees as a slave. Noorganisation, everything is bad. They blame that new people. They don’t teach new people. The directors wife comes to work and check who is doing what. No ethics in this company. Very very bad company. If you want to kill yourself and destroy your life, please join. All good reviews written by current employees. They did not have any options because they check and ask to send good review. They fire new people without any reason. He will not give their salary. I want to text that if you read this Sachin no one is happy to see your face. It’s not something what you can be proud of. Life is Karma. Need to mail for salary for every month and it's delayed for 2 to 3 month. Any time you can terminate for silly reasons. Worst accomodation and food facility. Worst medical facility. Company will not provide visa after confirmation in Africa. Do not belive on HR dept commitments.

Have worked here for 5 years. Hods are good. Management is supportive. We celebrate all the festivals together and enjoy working We also get additional bonus and incentives on performance. Leave are given on time.

No proper medical facility, sick person need to plead everyone to take for blood test and to avail report. After getting prescription, for getting medicine also he need to plead. No person to help him. But Director relatives get top priority in all these immediately. No appreciation on your work, every month need to beg for salary from management, You will be appointed for one job but in real will be given multi task jobs, Director and the MD will shout and scream at you if you even do small mistake. Food menu decided by Cook so every day you will get food which they don't know how to prepare also. If you get any emergency then you have to book your own ticket to India. MD at 6 pm drinks wine and without any reason shouts at everyone who comes in front of him. Director will keep spy to know what you do after work hours. Company will keep your passport and will torture you and scream at you if you want to leave job....Read More
