The service manager has poor management skill. He doesn't even know how to engage people at any site. Rude behaviour, lack of managerial skills with so much of excuses.

Likes

This arm of the Bajaj group broke away from the parent in 2008 and has business interests in sugar, thermal power and personal care products. The group appreciates that certain functions with a high level of public interface need flexi hours.

Dislikes

A team spirit and employee engagement is rare, an initiative that is critical in the current scenario of high debts and heavy losses in sugar as well as in the thermal power business. Salaries are delayed between 1-2 months. Moreover, with no on-job training or skills enhancement programs and ad hoc appraisal systems, there is a high level of job insecurity.
