...ht also concall tourchering. Acms forces to make fund in month end . Full loss. Bajaj lending money to customers without looking repayment capacity, and recruiting Collection RO s and force them to pay customers debts 😃. I only worked 1 year, in Major location . I lost lots of money . Now I resigned , now new pigs are ready for them .there only 1 relaxation no strict office timing , wherever getting tourchering abusive languages from top level management. Bajaj is a good company ,I think the middle level managers creating such waste things .that will spoil most of them carrier journey.i am also a member.

...ile they are very flexible, they demand output and even reward you for the same. The bonus and incentive structure are very attractive and the growth opportunities presented here are almost twice compared to any other place. Open culture, very start-up-like, wear what you want, feel comfortable and stay driven at all times.

...e timing of office is morning 8:00AM to late night 9:00 PM. Working like slave. If customers not pay EMI then senior management force to pay EMI from Employees from there salary. Also on the last day company provide some contest amount for close the target and want number one company in India but its very shameful........(All employees are known about it) All employees who are onroll or offroll are under in depression for making some bad decision of themselves.... Its happened with my National Manager also. So dont joined in this company....

This organigation culture was not good.All the salary and incentive emp earn was gone in funding to full fill company target. there is no sunday and festival holiday. Fully pressure given my senior RCM & ZCM. Personal life was spoil. The last thing i want to say about this company they dont find employe for work. They only search (BONDED LABOR)😡😡Ye log kuch bhi kr skte inke target karne ke liye kitne employe s ne loan le liye .log karj maine dob gye .mere khudka 2 month ka incentive khaa gye .or dusre emp ka naam daal diya usme.or paise inhone seniors ne funding maine kaam maine le liye. COMPANY KE MD tak isme shamil hai 1 saal maine kitne emp inko shikayat ki itni badi badi maile dalte hai inka aage ss koi response nhi ata.mujhe pata hai mere likhne se kuch nhi hoga par fir bhi mujhe umeed hai kabhi to koi inko Akal tikhane lagaye ga... #bycot Bajaj finserv BYCOT BAJAJ FINSERV
