Good field for earning,managers and teammates are also supportive.company policies are good,they give bonus every year.

Salary is good but not enough nowadays,career growth is very slow.For new joinees there is no any trainer for giving proper training to new joinees so that they can work properly in starting days.company is good but managers doing politics,,such as partiality with new candidates.and they talk like you are a servant of them.

... No work from home policy Only allowed who's employees are closed with manager. Parishilit with off roll emp and on roll emp Low Salary they are given. After 2-3 years they will increase like 2 k min. And if u discuss any personal issue with mang or TL and ur performance is low then that personal issue raised in daily standup meeting in front of all. IN TIME IS FIXED BUT u have to compromise ur out time So bad culture n mental harassment is more compared with others teams

Work and experience is very high level and salary and incentive next leven but office politics is very high level no stuck promotion and manger support zero pressure hight level.

...ht also concall tourchering. Acms forces to make fund in month end . Full loss. Bajaj lending money to customers without looking repayment capacity, and recruiting Collection RO s and force them to pay customers debts 😃. I only worked 1 year, in Major location . I lost lots of money . Now I resigned , now new pigs are ready for them .there only 1 relaxation no strict office timing , wherever getting tourchering abusive languages from top level management. Bajaj is a good company ,I think the middle level managers creating such waste things .that will spoil most of them carrier journey.i am also a member.
