...g work in this company from 2,3,4,5,6, year and nothing promotin in this cmpany. and in this covid - 19 company are deduct 10% salary from all off roll workers and this is very bad experience. thanks

... No work from home policy Only allowed who's employees are closed with manager. Parishilit with off roll emp and on roll emp Low Salary they are given. After 2-3 years they will increase like 2 k min. And if u discuss any personal issue with mang or TL and ur performance is low then that personal issue raised in daily standup meeting in front of all. IN TIME IS FIXED BUT u have to compromise ur out time So bad culture n mental harassment is more compared with others teams
