No work life balance, no Holiday, not even Sunday, even on National holiday such as Independent day we are asking to work from home, no timeing of work hour, it starts from morning 9:00 until your work for the day is done, it hardly end before 10:00 pm. HR team are toothless people they don't have any say on employees welfare.

We are working only for the remuneration we got from the company, and the salary for the same is good as compared to other organisations. Also, the auto promotion policy of the company really appreciable.

Dislikes

Working at Bajaj is not satisfactory. Many times we have to work for entire month without having a single week off. We need to work entire 31 days of the month. Also working hours not strict. Many times needed to work for 12-14 hours a day.

...ing leave balance. 7. No buy out policy (despite of available in hr policies) 8. Held salary for 3 months despite not having any such policy and compelled to revoke resignation by blackmailing on salary release. 9. HR is not employee centric.

Work and experience is very high level and salary and incentive next leven but office politics is very high level no stuck promotion and manger support zero pressure hight level.

...ht also concall tourchering. Acms forces to make fund in month end . Full loss. Bajaj lending money to customers without looking repayment capacity, and recruiting Collection RO s and force them to pay customers debts 😃. I only worked 1 year, in Major location . I lost lots of money . Now I resigned , now new pigs are ready for them .there only 1 relaxation no strict office timing , wherever getting tourchering abusive languages from top level management. Bajaj is a good company ,I think the middle level managers creating such waste things .that will spoil most of them carrier journey.i am also a member.
