Work culture, Unspecified schedule. Totally depends on the behavior of your reporting manager. If found good then its all good, if not your work-life may dis-balance.

...any we believe that customer is everything to us but in BFL totally opposite, One more bad policy of bajaj is that shit laptop for which you have to pay, if you resigned from job u have to pay full amount for this cheap product provided by the company and they charge 70000 to 80000 for 25000-30000 Rs laptop, they are just looting everyone, i will never suggest anyone to join BFL if you have some self respect and some social values. I will give -100/10

With so many negativities, they still pay you good enough to keep your mouth shut. Working in BFL I got an idea of how they are misconducting and cheating the Indian customers.

There's nothing that I liked in this pathetic company. Just manipulating data and counts so that their market share doesn't dip. All senior Management people are nothing but scammers and develop new ideas to cheat people. Spineless morons, actually.
