You will have to sell every product of bajaj finserv as well as bajaj alliance. Despite of working in Bajaj finserv you will have to sell alliance products with heigh pressure even you are in operations department

Work and experience is very high level and salary and incentive next leven but office politics is very high level no stuck promotion and manger support zero pressure hight level.

...ht also concall tourchering. Acms forces to make fund in month end . Full loss. Bajaj lending money to customers without looking repayment capacity, and recruiting Collection RO s and force them to pay customers debts 😃. I only worked 1 year, in Major location . I lost lots of money . Now I resigned , now new pigs are ready for them .there only 1 relaxation no strict office timing , wherever getting tourchering abusive languages from top level management. Bajaj is a good company ,I think the middle level managers creating such waste things .that will spoil most of them carrier journey.i am also a member.
