...urity is important part but it is depend you how to work with your organistaion. They have good incentive plans and salary is also average. I also gain lot of experience from Bajaj Finserv because this one is my first job and company in my life. And about work environment so i was feeling like corporate. About work life-balance so it is parallel. So finally it was good time, experience and had a good platform with Bajaj Finserv.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow, The work pressure is high. Sometimes i have to work 11-12 hours straight in a day as i have to attend clients calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Collegue .. work as a team... And i love bajaj finance as i saw my brother did job here ..

In my location no appraisals, promotion happen .. salary is too low compare to other locations. . Lastly have to work in everything .. alltime con call..

There is a lot of pressure in working and achieve the target, they even abuse their employees. The customer has to give wrong information and the card is sent through wrong communication

Working on every Sunday is worst part.Even we are working hard and honesty but no increase salary every year.in this job no holidays and no sunday special leave. There is no work life

For the job security and skill development this is the best company and salary and benefits wise also good but in some retail sector incentives are variable

In this company work life balance is very low .In a day almost 12 hours we should available on there is no particular week offs or fixed week offs
