Don't go if they are giving high salary.in Office it's normally MC AND BC language.They will use you as a ground level employee and if u complain about this to HR AND TOP MANAGEMENT. THEY WILL SAY " SO WHAT". From collection- you have to give 80% salary in funding.

...ht also concall tourchering. Acms forces to make fund in month end . Full loss. Bajaj lending money to customers without looking repayment capacity, and recruiting Collection RO s and force them to pay customers debts 😃. I only worked 1 year, in Major location . I lost lots of money . Now I resigned , now new pigs are ready for them .there only 1 relaxation no strict office timing , wherever getting tourchering abusive languages from top level management. Bajaj is a good company ,I think the middle level managers creating such waste things .that will spoil most of them carrier journey.i am also a member.

The culture is totally out of the world in a bad way. People sitting on higher bands is having no knowledge anything. Constantly abusive environment is promoted by the senior management. Quality of the manager is like worst of worst , who keeps licking the bosses feet gets promoted. Over all a worst culture
