More and more pressure. Even seniors pressurised you everytime. There is no personal space for life. You have to be ready to work anytime. They even always said you that no matters it is covid or what type of situation . If you are not at your best be ready to resign .you just learn one thing here that how to handle the 5X pressure of seniors. The management is not that good. For their own sake they didn't care for others.

...ht also concall tourchering. Acms forces to make fund in month end . Full loss. Bajaj lending money to customers without looking repayment capacity, and recruiting Collection RO s and force them to pay customers debts 😃. I only worked 1 year, in Major location . I lost lots of money . Now I resigned , now new pigs are ready for them .there only 1 relaxation no strict office timing , wherever getting tourchering abusive languages from top level management. Bajaj is a good company ,I think the middle level managers creating such waste things .that will spoil most of them carrier journey.i am also a member.

In my location no appraisals, promotion happen .. salary is too low compare to other locations. . Lastly have to work in everything .. alltime con call..
