Worst work life balance, now they are going to do all saturdays working from alternate saturday workin. Your in time in office is fix out time not fix.My maximum Out time is 9 pm. Sometimes it is going to 10pm, 11pm, 12 pm , 2pm etc.But intime is fix 9pm if you not reach at 9am you are getting plenty calls from office.

6 days working week, every employee have to buy new laptop from bajaj, no employee centric policies, less than 10 public holidays a year, no additional benefits and no fun activities

...ing leave balance. 7. No buy out policy (despite of available in hr policies) 8. Held salary for 3 months despite not having any such policy and compelled to revoke resignation by blackmailing on salary release. 9. HR is not employee centric.

Work and experience is very high level and salary and incentive next leven but office politics is very high level no stuck promotion and manger support zero pressure hight level.

Working culture is very boring and must pressur be like manger will more pressure me how to you do bussiness and conversion

...ht also concall tourchering. Acms forces to make fund in month end . Full loss. Bajaj lending money to customers without looking repayment capacity, and recruiting Collection RO s and force them to pay customers debts 😃. I only worked 1 year, in Major location . I lost lots of money . Now I resigned , now new pigs are ready for them .there only 1 relaxation no strict office timing , wherever getting tourchering abusive languages from top level management. Bajaj is a good company ,I think the middle level managers creating such waste things .that will spoil most of them carrier journey.i am also a member.
