Salary is good. Bonus is good. You can join if you want to get your salary increased. And switch as soon as you get a better opportunity. You can't stay there for a longer period.

Senior Management is not as talented as it ought to be, for a product based start up. Also senior management is filled with Bajaj oldies who wont see you grow.

The manager, Clint, and team leaders are very terrible and salary is also less they pressured if sell was not done, there is no office time is proper if sell not done they worked extra hours.

Dislikes

The HR and management don't really care about their interns and exploit them. They don't stick to their words, and change their mind every now and then. Lots of interns recieved campus placement with internships but later their PPOs got cancelled. Plus, a lot of employees who work there are leaving because of the toxic environment by the senior management and less scope of growth
