Bajaj Finserv Health has free lunches, the salary compensation is decent and the ambiance is good.

Dislikes

The HR and management don't really care about their interns and exploit them. They don't stick to their words, and change their mind every now and then. Lots of interns recieved campus placement with internships but later their PPOs got cancelled. Plus, a lot of employees who work there are leaving because of the toxic environment by the senior management and less scope of growth

Good variable pay, same for everyone no matter how much you work.

Poor management Not sure about their goals, everyone is just randomly building something to keep their job. Lots of politics and favouritism. Had a good startup culture before but now turned to aimless corporate. Not a good skilled team. 6 days working when there is no work is torture.

Salary is good. Bonus is good. You can join if you want to get your salary increased. And switch as soon as you get a better opportunity. You can't stay there for a longer period.

Senior Management is not as talented as it ought to be, for a product based start up. Also senior management is filled with Bajaj oldies who wont see you grow.
