NO work life balance. You are expected to be available to work 20 hours a day and all 7 days of the week, no exceptions. HR will tell you that two Saturdays (and all Sundays) of a month are off. But once you join, your boss will call you to work on all Saturdays and some Sundays. If you dont like it, you can quit. If you make a small mistake or can't complete your work in the unreasonable target deadline, you will be shouted at and verbally abused, loudly, in front of multiple colleagues. And, dont even think about asking for vacation days. By policy you get 36 leaves per year. Practically, you may get 2 or 3. Also, no work from home, at all, for anyone, in any circumstances. Need i say more ?

1. There is job security apart from that as such we do not have much benefits.

...oved ones as well. 3. Almost 33% pay cuts for all employees for the entire year.(Revised salary letter is generated and distributed to all). 4. Company charges for the Laptop from employees. 5. Working on Saturday's as well. Only 2nd Saturday is off in a month. 6. No work life balance at all. You will end up working 12+ hours daily and sometimes you have to work on Sunday's as well.

Previously Bajaj Auto finance Ltd was good after merging in to finserv it got hectic, bosses are always after you, no rest on week days after merging new managers are toxic

I have no problem working in Bajaj Auto Finance but the only thing that has messed up is the salary structure. My post is that of a credit sales manager but my profile says sales officer And now the profile of the new hiring is Assistant Manager

Lot of things, from work culture to gundagiri of seniors. They ask to seat in the office without reason and forced to pay by employees pocket for target achievement
