As there is no sundays, even no holidays on festivals, plus no time table for work. Work start from 10-11 morning to late night 12 pm till. Only benefit in terms of money and growth which is also poor after covid .they are doing various cost cutting. Plus Work culture us very poor. Learning opportunity and challenge lover can join Bfl other than that overall negative.

...responsibility. You can only join if you are on your own no body other than you.Even you have to paid for company laptop from your salary and many other deduction which you think I got a big package but when I see my ac I got nothing in terms of expectation.

Work culture is good, salary on time

Previously Bajaj Auto finance Ltd was good after merging in to finserv it got hectic, bosses are always after you, no rest on week days after merging new managers are toxic

I have no problem working in Bajaj Auto Finance but the only thing that has messed up is the salary structure. My post is that of a credit sales manager but my profile says sales officer And now the profile of the new hiring is Assistant Manager

Lot of things, from work culture to gundagiri of seniors. They ask to seat in the office without reason and forced to pay by employees pocket for target achievement

...hey even do cost cutting from tissues, toilet papers, tea, coffee and cutleries. Forcefully you have to buy refurbished laptop from them and monthly EMIs will cut directly from your salary, for your personal work you have to buy another laptop. Employees do not have enough space to sit. Every morning employees are fighting for chair and desk.
