Work culture is zero. They treat you like a machine. Intense work pressure. Received call even at 11 p.m for numbers. Once i had to work with 102 fever . Very abusive. Every one from top to low level use abusive level in offical meetings and conf. Calls. Zero personal life. Has to work on sundays most of the times. No leaves
