Previously Bajaj Auto finance Ltd was good after merging in to finserv it got hectic, bosses are always after you, no rest on week days after merging new managers are toxic

You get your salary at the end of the month. This is the only Pro of the company.

Dislikes

You will have to forget your family to work here. Even if your father is no more and you need to take a leave to perform his last rituals they won’t give you 1 day leave because according to the managers in bajaj finance if they show that they are able to suck the life out of the employee then only they get promoted.

Worst company if you give customer emi from your salary ur good collection officer if you can't do that ur job is not done complet in Baja finance bucket x

If you pay customer emi from your salary and you want some person use abuse language about ur family and if you tolerate thise you can join thise company

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

Salary on time. Salary and incentives are very good. Company gives incentives open heartedly to get work done.

Work culture is zero. They treat you like a machine. Intense work pressure. Received call even at 11 p.m for numbers. Once i had to work with 102 fever . Very abusive. Every one from top to low level use abusive level in offical meetings and conf. Calls. Zero personal life. Has to work on sundays most of the times. No leaves
